U 66letĂŠ pacientky s terminĂĄlnĂ chronickou obstrukÄnĂ plicnĂ chorobou hospitalizovanĂŠ na standardnĂm oddÄlenĂ byl po nĂĄhlĂŠ progresi duĹĄnosti skiagramu hrudnĂku zjiĹĄtÄn pneumotorax, pĹi ultrazvukovĂŠ kontrole pĹed hrudnĂ drenåŞà vĹĄak nebyl pneumotorax nalezen a od drenĂĄĹže bylo proto upuĹĄtÄno. Byla zhotovena vĂ˝poÄetnĂ tomografie nĂĄlezem syndromu mizejĂcĂ plĂce, vysvÄtlujĂcĂ rentgenovĂ˝ obraz. Kazuistika upozorĹuje syndrom plĂce ilustruje komplementĂĄrnost rĹŻznĂ˝ch zobrazovacĂch metod diagnostice pneumotoraxu u pacientĹŻ komplikovanĂ˝mi nitrohrudnĂmi nĂĄlezy.
